Focus Concept and Questioner
The Concept.
This is not
available yet. Will you help us create it?
I have
developed a system that can quickly produce a high quality, personalized
necklace, pendant
or key chain of an ultrasound picture.
One of the happiest and proudest moments in a new mother’s life
is when they can see her baby protected and enclosed in the safety of her womb -
the ultra sound. Most women are excited to share the gift of new life living
within them.
Mission Statement
With the pride of life we
endeavor to save a life. By supporting an expectant parents love for their baby
we want to save lives of the unborn by supporting research and providing support
for those who have lost their baby with a portion of the profits of our
products.
Value Proposition
Necklaces for Life will benefit
multiple groups of people. The beneficiaries will be to the following groups and
in the following ways.
-
First to the Parents and Grandparents – With our products we
will increase the ability to share their pride, excitement and story.
-
Unborn Babies – Both healthy and distressed –
-
Healthy by being prayed for, bragged on and showed off.
-
Distressed - by having more people praying for them as
they are reminded by the prayer tags and by having more money for
research to aid them in bringing them through their troubling time.
-
Research and Support Groups – We will be donating 10% of all
sales to help support either the research of life saving efforts or to
help fund support groups for the grieving to regain health.
-
Urban Youth – will be helped in a multitude of ways. A few of
the major ones are:
-
We will use youth to make our products. We will hand pick
the most creative and desirable youth from the class for our employees.
Objective
-
To raise money to reduce premature deaths of babies before
full term
-
To provide jobs for urban youth
-
To provide a fundraising opportunity for people in ministry,
primarily youth ministry
This idea came to me as I was expecting to see the ultrasound of
my daughter’s baby. Two years earlier she had lost twins to premature
delivery at 17 weeks. The baby’s names are Enoch and Eli. It was further fueled
by the fact that she delivered early again. This time, at 25 weeks she
delivered Nehemiah David, 1 lb 6 oz, who is fighting for his life at the Sunrise
Hospital and Medical Center Las Vegas, NV and doing a good job at it. Currently
over 4lb 8oz.
This market survey will explore the opportunity to
1) Help mothers share their exciting news
2) Save lives by helping to promote and finance research and
treatment of premature births.
3) Through the profits help finance the work of helping at risk
youth of the city and finally
4) Have urban youth create the necklaces, giving them a job.
